Youth Development Foundation

The CARE Project Foundation aims to identify and grant opportunities and scholarships to outstanding high school seniors for their public benefit projects and events.

Our selection committee reviews each candidate’s character, academic performance, budget needs, extracurricular involvement, and community service to make their decisions.

We strive to foster positive qualities in our youth, such as self-reliance, confidence, self-discipline, responsibility, and volunteerism, with the goal of enhancing their own lives and, more importantly, positively impacting the lives of others.
